Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

The products are delivered all over the world.

Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)



Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2 - 4 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

 

**General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and Terms of Delivery**

**1. scope of application**
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between us and consumers (according to §13 BGB) via our online store.

**2. contractual partner, conclusion of contract**
The purchase contract is concluded with \[company name, address, commercial register, VAT ID no.].

**3. delivery**
The delivery is carried out by external shipping service providers (e.g. DHL, Hermes, DPD). We hand over the goods carefully packaged to the respective service provider and provide the customer with a tracking number.

**4. Disclaimer for shipping services**
We accept no liability for delays in delivery or damage that occur after handover to the shipping service provider and are not our fault. Statutory consumer rights, in particular in the case of consumer goods purchases (§§ 474 ff. BGB), remain unaffected by this.

**Shipping delays due to lack of cooperation by the customer**
If delivery is not possible due to lack of cooperation by the customer (e.g. failure to provide required data or documents), we shall not be liable for any resulting delays or costs. In such a case, we reserve the right not to refund the purchase amount.

 

**6. costs for express shipping**
Additional costs for express shipping or other premium shipping options will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation or non-delivery if the shipping service has already been provided or initiated.

**7. right of withdrawal**
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. You can find more information on this in our separate withdrawal policy.

**8. retention of title**
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

**9. place of jurisdiction and applicable law**
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of our company, provided the customer is a merchant.

**10. Final provisions**
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
